11月2日，在世界機(jī)場商業(yè)領(lǐng)域最大規(guī)模的國際會議“三一論壇”舉辦期間，中免集團(tuán)總經(jīng)理陳國強(qiáng)憑借其過去35年持續(xù)服務(wù)于中免集團(tuán)、深耕旅游零售行業(yè)所做出的杰出貢獻(xiàn)榮獲2022年“三一論壇”獎（Trinity Award）。“三一論壇”獎是該行業(yè)會議首次創(chuàng)設(shè)并頒發(fā)的榮譽獎項。

陳國強(qiáng)在“三一論壇”首日應(yīng)邀發(fā)表了主題演講，并在次日接受了《穆迪達(dá)維特免稅報告》創(chuàng)始人兼主席Martin Moodie頒發(fā)的“三一論壇”獎。在致頒獎詞時，Martin Moodie講述了陳國強(qiáng)在業(yè)界深耕35年間對旅游零售業(yè)發(fā)展所作出的巨大貢獻(xiàn)，并將其效力的中免集團(tuán)譽為新冠疫情時期旅游零售業(yè)的“燈塔”。

Moodie told guests of Charles Chen’s immense contribution to China’s travel retail industry during a career that has spanned three and a half decades. He described China Duty Free Group as “a beacon of light” to the travel retail community through the pandemic when the rest of the industry globally had been plunged into darkness.

Martin Moodie評價道，2010年時，中免集團(tuán)在旅游零售運營商排行榜中名列第19位，而今已成行業(yè)第一并持續(xù)保持著業(yè)內(nèi)龍頭地位。自2016年擔(dān)任領(lǐng)導(dǎo)職位以來，陳國強(qiáng)帶領(lǐng)中免集團(tuán)達(dá)到了一個新高度。

China Duty Free Group had risen from number 19 in the global travel retail rankings in 2010 to number one a decade later, Moodie said, a leadership position it has subsequently strengthened. Since assuming his leadership role in 2016, Charles Chen had driven China Duty Free Group to extraordinary new heights, Moodie added.

“Charles Chen has led China Duty Free Group with vision, determination, charisma, warmth and humanity. He is an outstanding individual,” Moodie said. “What a story it has been. And China Duty Free Group enjoyed a fantastic new high last Friday with the opening of the cdf Haikou International Duty Free Shopping complex, which includes the world’s biggest duty free duty fee retail operation – not just big but also beautiful.”

陳國強(qiáng)在領(lǐng)獎時向所有合作伙伴表示感謝并稱中免集團(tuán)將進(jìn)一步加深與合作伙伴之間的交流協(xié)作。此外，他熱情邀請合作伙伴親自探訪海口國際免稅城及中免集團(tuán)其他業(yè)務(wù)。

Chen was greeted with a standing ovation as he came to the stage to accept the award from Moodie. In a heartfelt speech, he thanked his business partners for all their support during his career and especially during recent years in helping to propel China Duty Free Group into the number one ranking industry player. He vowed that China Duty Free Group would continue to grow and to collaborate closely with its business partners. He invited members of the audience to visit China and to discover for themselves the new store in Haikou and other aspects of the China Duty Free Group business.

“非常感謝授予我這個獎項。”陳國強(qiáng)說，“這不僅是對我的肯定，同時也是對中免集團(tuán)近幾年來銳意進(jìn)取的肯定。這對我們來說意義重大。”

“Thank you very much for this award,” he said. “This is not only an acknowledgment for my work, but also the recognition of CDFG’s achievements in recent years. It really means a lot to me and to the company.”

此次“三一論壇”于 2022 年 11 月 1 日至 2 日在新加坡舉行，由全球旅游零售和免稅行業(yè)權(quán)威媒體《穆迪達(dá)維特免稅報告》、國際機(jī)場協(xié)會（ACI World）和國際機(jī)場協(xié)會亞太區(qū)分會（ACI Asia Pacific）共同組織舉辦，樟宜機(jī)場集團(tuán)承辦。該活動由《穆迪達(dá)維特免稅報告》于 2003 年創(chuàng)建，旨在促進(jìn)全球機(jī)場運營方、旅游零售商和品牌商的交流合作。
